If you (or someone in your care) take multiple medications at different times of the day then one or two only once or twice a week and must contend with that list you draft for the doctors' appointments, this book is invaluable, esp since pill boxes just don't accommodate when you have to separate pills by an hour or two.The left of each 8x8 opened page has 6 large boxes subdivided for each day of the week with dose and frequency and a.m. & p.m. The box layout, though, makes it easily customizable. Rather than use the large box for a.m./pm, I use it, in some cases, for meds that I have to take concurrently or just an hour or two apart (so my single page of 6 tracks 9 pills). Also, I have two books: one for morning meds and tasks that I keep in the kitchen and one for night meds and tasks in the bedroom. The book also is not pre-dated, so you can purchase it at any time of year. Oh! The other side of the page has 16 double-ruled lines, which is great for making notes re: upcoming appointments, notes -to-self, etc.Having to check while I take medication into a book that is always open and now habit to look at for a blank box...I don't miss doses like I used to. Most importantly, if I get a knock me my knees migraine now, I know when I took what to be able to take an abortive and ease the pain, which I couldn't do before.Also, now, rather than take bags of meds or rewrite the list, I simply take.my handy dandy books, the first page of which always contains dose and frequency (though my docs get the added bonus of seeing my senior pup's meds, too :-)
I’m not sure why the sellers can’t post a picture of what the inside of the book looks like. I took a chance on this medication log book, hoping it would fit my needs since I didn’t know what the page layout was. I’m glad I took my chance and bought it because it was exactly what i was looking for. My husband has a home health nurse that comes to our house so she can look at the book and see all the medications he has taken in one day or week. The opposite page is for notes so I jot things down and ask the nurse when she comes. Great purchase and when I’ve taken it to dr visits, they all rave about the book and ask where I got it. Note to seller- take a pic of the pages if you want to sell more of these books.
